Exchanges for Incorrect Textures: If you receive a hair texture different from what was ordered, we are here to help! Exchanges can be made if the incorrect texture was sent in error. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt to initiate an exchange process. Ensure the product remains unopened and in its original condition to qualify for an exchange.
